What President-Elect Biden should do first?

This is my wish list for PE Biden.

1. Set up a COVID task force. Must appoint a team to come up comprehensive plan to tackle, not just the immediate steps but provide clear guidelines in conjunction with WHO for the vaccine. BTW join WHO and support WHO.
2. COVID economy relief Bill. Work with the congress to give IMMEDIATE relief to the workers and low income out of job families.
3. Immediately re-JOIN the PARIS agreement for climate change. Provide the ground work for new GREEN DEAL.
4. NATO, assure the NATO members that USA is back!
5. China and Iran can wait.
6. Bring back jobs. Democrats are for the middle class. Work on that, like right now!
